RETURN FOR FULL REFUND
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
ALL ITEMS RETURNED must be in their original condition; Not worn, washed, torn, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way.
We will only accept returns and exchanges postmarked within 21 days of product delivery for a full refund. No returns or exchanges will be issued after 21 days. Please carefully wrap items being returned to avoid damage during transit.
Defective clothing MUST BE REPORTED within 5 DAYS of receipt & must be unwashed and unworn.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that we believe has been intentionally damaged.
- MUST BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, DEODORANT, CIGARETTE SMOKE, AND ANIMAL HAIR. Items that fail to meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Items must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 21 days, it will not be accepted.
